REVIEWS FOR THIS MONTH

These are... HOT! HOT! HOT!

From the Editor's Desk... Yan explains it so exquisitely...

New: M.D. case study just updated

I have 7 questions you may find helpful in your puzzle to overcome insomnia.

My name is Yan Muckle — you probably don't know me, but up until 2 years ago I was plagued by insomnia as well. And I know it can wreak havoc in one's life.

But I also discovered

— after a lot of research — that a few simple changes can be all you need to break insomnia's vicious circle and restore your sleep. I also developed an extremely powerful way to get there faster, even if you've had insomnia for most of your life and basically tried everything.

But don't take my word for it. Go ahead, answer the 7 questions I'm going to direct you to in a moment... and see for yourself how you too can regain peaceful sleep. Yes, it's possible, even for you. Thousands of others who've found this web site have done it too.

... And once you've completed the quiz, I'll share with you an eye-opening case study that I just updated:

It tells the true story of Laney Chouest, a retired MD from New Orleans, who successfully broke his 5-year addiction to the sleeping pill Ambien.

Would you believe that MDs also struggle with their sleep, sometimes for years? Would you believe that most of them are more ill-informed about the true effects of sleeping pills and their real dangers than regular folks? Sad but true...

123 SLEEP

Who am I to give advice? I mean after all, I'm not your doctor or a trained physician. And

believe it or not, this actually may be the best news you'll get all day! Here's why...

I am a 30-year-old guy who cured insomnia on my own, because I desperately needed to do so. I have studied everything I have been
able to get my hands on in the area of Sleep Science. Unlike many doctors or physicians, or even owners of drug companies for that
matter, I used to be a "Professional" Insomniac, so to speak.

I may be one of the few people you will ever meet who has truly walked in your shoes. I have truly lived the life and I have conquered
monster!

For years, I didn't seek any advice about my sleep condition and when I finally did I was less than impressed. I give my doctor credit for
a lot of things: he knows a lot about treating flus, colds, bumps, and bruises, but when it comes to sleeping disorders, he only knew what
the drug companies had trained him on!

Drug companies spend billions of dollars a year sending doctors literature about their products in hopes of "training" them to their specific
way of thinking.

I mean after all, my doctor probably sleeps like a baby himself! He never went through this hell. If he did he surely wouldn't be giving me
the advice he actually told me, along with the prescriptions to the "sleep drug of the month".

Did you know that most doctors are not properly trained to treat insomnia? Doctors will often simply prescribe sleeping pills because they
can't offer a better solution. Plus the literature that a sleep drug company just mailed to him sounded like the best solution, so why not?
Well, I'll soon tell you why not...

We really can't blame the good doctors for this. The simple fact is that not very much money is allotted to sleep research and therefore
there is not very much information available to them. Doctors will most often tell you that insomnia in one form or the other is simply a
fact of life, and the immediate (and temporary) cure is sleeping pills. Well, that's what we, the general public, have been led to believe
anyway.

I'm so pleased that I don't have to rely on my doctor for advice anymore and soon... you'll share this happiness with me!
